What is a Traineeship?
A traineeship is an education and training programmes which includes valuable work experience. Traineeships are designed to help young people who would like to study an apprenticeship or go into employment but don’t have appropriate skills or work experience.
These programmes provide the essential work preparation training, English, maths and work experience needed to secure an apprenticeship or job. At the end of your programme you are offered a guaranteed interview with the employer which could result in an apprenticeship offer with the company. If, at the end of the placement, it’s not for you we will work with you to find something that fits your needs.
