Onsite Guidance

Before you arrive on campus, please take a moment to check out guidance.

Getting to College

  • Where possible, try and avoid using public transport. If you are arriving by car please park in a  designated bay
  • We would prefer if you didn't bring guests with you while you enrol. However, we understand that this might not be possible for everyone. You are allowed to bring ONE GUEST ONLY. Any additional guests will be asked to wait outside
  • Limit the amount of personal belongings you bring with you
  • It is highly recommended that you WEAR A FACE MASK, but this is left to your own discretion
  • There are NO CATERING FACILITIES available onsite. Please bring your own refreshments with you.

When you arrive

  • You MUST use the hand sanitiser provided on entering the building
  • Ensure you follow all directional signage located around campus. Our marshals will direct you to where you need to be, but please remain to the left when walking throughout the college
  • Follow the rules of social distancing at all times. There are posters located throughout college to support you with this
  • Please sanitise your hands at every point of your enrolment. Sanitising stations are located in every room.

Enrolment Process

  • Enrolment may take longer than normal due to social distancing measures in place. Please allow 1 hour to complete enrolment onsite
  • You will ONLY BE ALLOWED in designated areas for your enrolment, and the use of toilets if you need to do so. All other areas will be closed
  • Once you have completed your enrolment, please leave the premises immediately via the signposted exit. Marshals will be on hand if you need help.

Book a LiveChat slot to enrol

Click here to register for a date and time that suits you. Then, all you do is visit www.stc.ac.uk during the selected time, click the LiveChat button on the bottom righthand of the screen and one of our student advisors will welcome you and get you sorted.

During the slot you will chat to someone from the curriculum area of your choice before being transferred to a member of the enrolment team.

Depending on your needs, you should allocate 20-30 minutes maximum (see below for our list of what you will need to have ready to enrol).

You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours which will confirm your place and give you details of your personal account. You’ll also receive a welcome pack in the post within 14 days with some goodies inside!

Once you have your personal account set up, you will then be able to upload any required documentation directly to your account. If you are awaiting results, you can upload these when you have received them.
